Where we deliver and how long it takes

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, normally within three to five working days of confirming your order. Times vary with your location. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.

What delivery costs

• •PKR 0 flat rate across Pakistan, whatever your order total
• •Free delivery on any order containing The Purify Hair Duo
• •No handling charge on cash on delivery or bank deposit

Tracking your order

Your confirmation email carries an order number. Enter it on the order tracking page to see the current status. Once the parcel is with the courier we add their tracking link too.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or video. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived broken or leaking, we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery. You will not be asked to pay to return it.
